if you said you installed the comestic gasket propertly ( remember the surface has to be really really clean, since its metal and metal, not a regular gasket and metal which you could slip just a bit in cleaning it ... but if you said you set the motor to TDC, hopefully the main chain didn't...

sounds like maf ... thats first if your boosted check for a boost leak ... if you aren't able to do that, go ahead and check your piping and ripped cuplers good luck and hopefully your plugs aren't fouled out by now

i had stock motor mounts and it wasn't working to well on my setup .. motor was shifting big time just put it this way 1st to 2nd and then throwing it into 3rd str8 in the middle and i ended up 5th gear ... so to find 3rd i had to make it seem if i was throwing it into 1st ... well almost...

well in my setup i have a msd 6a with a blaster 2 coil, msd wires ( i think 8.8 ), ngk plugs how its connected ... the two thick wires on the 6a = battery cable, black = ground, i grounded to chassis, the positive to the battery then the two wires that go connected to the blaster coil...

i'm guessing your talking about a blitz dual drive ? if so, i've heard you could take it off and you shouldn't have any problems

i'm not to sure about this but how did you wire up these fans ? if i'm correct you are better off wiring one of the fans to a relay ... for some reason it sounds like your over loading your alternator ...

i don't follow enjuku that much ... i haven't spoken to Ray who is one of the main sales person and matt back in a while but they had chosen a sc50 back then because they had great results, but then again any small turbo will be a faster spool than a sc50 ... yes they dispute the manifold...
