You will have the same emissions as NC has. Its easy to pass, anything OBD1 will only be a safety emissions check, (lights, horns, tires, cat, window tint). You can have whatever exhaust and whatever engine you want. OBD2 will be checked with the scanner and as along as no codes are thrown you...

There is better and less crowded roads in NC than tail of the dragon.
