this is what your talking about right? i thought this was a starter relay? also there are 2 relays that are clicking one by the clutch pedal it is the green one and the other one is in the engine bay on the drivers side

No it's not I see them all the time... My other S13 has 69k (the one in the sig has 150k) even if it was a 93, 69,000 = about 5,300 miles a year. Really hard to beleive. There are alot of scumbags out there who change the gauge clusters for a quick sale. :cool: You can never be too sure

ya i know the CA was a really stupid trade im still in the (learning process) of things. I wasnt making any progress with figuring out what was wrong with it and the idiot at drag international told me it was blown.
