it is a nopi LICENSING event, to give out drift licenses, if we get 20 people signed up by sunday, pre-reg via paypal at www.desotodrift.com/nopi.html

you do NOT NEED A CAGE to qualify but if you plan to run nopi you will need to get it of course.
