Anyone know of anyone missing a white kouki on tow truck or recently sold one

Just saw a tow truck broken down on north bound turnpike with a hatchback really bad black paint job on eBay chrome tails attached to the back. I was heading south so I couldn't get more info . Black tow truck and a red flatbed next to it guess helping him out

transfer the money by bank a week ago he held the wheels for the whole week. drove up chilled there for some BBQ with his goons .. such a sweetheart will continue doing business with him

so i was at the beach on Saturday with my cousin and he gets pulled over and ticketed for having big rims...is this against the law or should he just take a pic of the stock rims and take it to court ...
