Exactly what I do! Work out till you are no longer sore and not making much gains then add supps. Plus you want to make sure you are serious and keep a routine before you waste money on a bunch of crap. Creatine never upset me in anyway and I always noticed gains. Vitamins on the other hand... Empty stomach or full it always makes me feel queasy after I take them, my body does get use to it over time but man does it make me feel sick :(
 
Anyway, are you just looking to bulk up or to cut? Considering your 150lbs, which is fairly skinny, eat alot of food. At least 5 meals a day, and eat whenever you possibly can. Omega 3's, Calories, and Protein should be in your diet. What works for me is working out every OTHER day on many different body parts, and work them hard. If you not burning afterwards (since your new to it) Your not doing it hard enough or with enough weight. Also, running will up your testosterone and increase your ability to gain more mass. You have to stick to it though, never miss a day, be on point and committed and you'll start noticing gains after a few weeks.

thanks for advice ur right bout my weight situation i used to weight 180lbs. but im mostly looking to get cut b/c i was told by a trainer that to be bulk u gotta be cut/toned first if that makes sense

Uh oh. I feel a cold coming on.

Of course it comes the day after I did the toughest cardio workout of my life lol. I did interval running for 30mins. Ended up being 3.5miles. I know that's not so impressive but for me it is haha. Now i feel like my body is mad at me. :'-(
 
^^ lol that's good man. If your body is hating you after a run, it means you did good (at least thats my personal opinion).
 
you dont need to be in pain to know you worked out good. if you are in pain for longer than 2 days then you over worked w.e you were doing.
is ok to be sored at the begining but then after 1 or 2 weeks you should be ok and not feel sored.

i started riding a bicicle but i tryed running and i cant my knees and feet hurt too much :p .. how much should i do of bicicly for a big weight loss ? like 1 hour? 2 hours?

30 minutes at a decent pace should be good, longer is always better though. Running is great but it is something that you need to work at. If you never ran before or its been a long time since you last ran your knees are going to hurt no matter what. You need to work up to running. If you have a track near you like at school do four laps running the corners and walking the straights. when that gets easy run the straights and walk the corners. After that becomes easy you should be able to run a mile, from there you can run till you dont feel like it :)

So this week is the first time ive been to the gym in probably a year. My buddy was there and he was wondering if I could bench my own weight so against my better judgement I told him to rackem up and I will give it a try. He put more then my weight up 275lbs. It went up with no struggle at all, hell I could have probably done 305lbs. Since this was my first week back I decided to just leave it at that.

I will probably take flat bench out and concentrate more on incline and decline to even out my chest.

So far this week its been all good! In a few weeks I will get into a serious routine and start with the supps. I want to break myself in proper for the first week or two.

I worked my ass off last week and I ate a lot better then I normally do and my weight has stayed the same (it fluctuated a few pounds) Anyway how long should I give this before I tighten up my diet a little bit more? I was thinking three weeks. I was really hoping to lose a quick 25 pounds or so but hey, slower is always better. It just nice to see a 4 or 5 pound drop once in a while to keep you motivated.

Man I never had to worry about losing weight so I am not really sure what to expect at what time frame.
 
Well after a Long weekend in Tampa. Walking several malls, Busch Gardens about 3 times and to and from the park to the Hotel I'm currently at 187 from 202. It is freaking awesome!

Currently I changed up my work out to a Dudocious Rx'ed routine. After Day 1 I feel wrecked! Feels good tho. I was getting to used to my old routine and I was really over working my self. M-Th weights everyday. I was getting burnt out. I'll post some pics soon.

Also I started Yoga. For the guys who have it at the gym you work at... DO IT! It is intense! A lot of stretching and balancing. It felt good tho. And of course the WOMEN!!
 
Im going back into the gym tomorrow after school. I'm pissed my "gym pump" is gone after like a week of being sick so I'm busting my ass in there for the remainder of the week. >.<

Well I went to the gym last night with Harri and Sean and when I was there I weighed myself. I've gone up exactly 10lbs in the past month that I have been working out and I can't help but think the running is what is really helping me gain mass, along with eating 5-6meals a day and drinking at least a gallon of water a day.

Im going back into the gym tomorrow after school. I'm pissed my "gym pump" is gone after like a week of being sick so I'm busting my ass in there for the remainder of the week. >.<

I'm starting to get a little stuffy in my nose too, hopefully nothing comes out of it though.

Thats a crazy loss in weight, seems like your doing something right for sure. And yeap, YOGA has alot of ladies and theyre always in positions that just make your mind wonnnddeeerr...:D

But what if you CUM and then eat it? Extra protein and other goodies right? The ULTIMATE weight gainer mix. lol I think I may market it on eBay since the FDA doesnt need to approve suppliments.

Alright, well, its been a little over a month. I now weight 165 (compared to the 148 I started with) and I'm still sticking to it (heres a pic, non flexing)...

Noone else has updates? I've gone up in my max on everything over 30lbs each.

I can update. Last week's routine was less than stellar. I was getting over being sick and tired out very easily. This week should be better.
 
I think he wanted picture updates, I am not much to look at yet, however I am still freakishly strong for some reason. fast food joints must be putting growth hormones in the food.
 
Any updates are good. Just want to see that people are still trying to improve on here and didn't fall out.
