Exactly what I do! Work out till you are no longer sore and not making much gains then add supps. Plus you want to make sure you are serious and keep a routine before you waste money on a bunch of crap. Creatine never upset me in anyway and I always noticed gains. Vitamins on the other hand... Empty stomach or full it always makes me feel queasy after I take them, my body does get use to it over time but man does it make me feel sick
