one question or two... do stores or any nutrition market sell the bsn noexplode bigger than the standard size and what do u guys recommend my workout should i want strenght/tone my current workout is....
mon-chest/biceps
tues-triceps/back
wens-shoulders/legs
thursday-repeat mondays
friday-repeat tuesday
everday i do abs and atleast 30min cardio
 
well i drink cytogainer wich is protein and it has creatine. not alot but it has.
creatine is expensive dough.... i said low budget

Bodybuilding.com has cheap creatine and optimum whey is pretty cheap and effective.

Cytogainer and muscle milk have extra stuff you dont really need.

Isopure protein is the best IMO, but it does cost a bunch.
 
^^Wasn't sure if you were a male considering you name is Mandy.... Anyway, are you just looking to bulk up or to cut? Considering your 150lbs, which is fairly skinny, eat alot of food. At least 5 meals a day, and eat whenever you possibly can. Omega 3's, Calories, and Protein should be in your diet. What works for me is working out every OTHER day on many different body parts, and work them hard. If you not burning afterwards (since your new to it) Your not doing it hard enough or with enough weight. Also, running will up your testosterone and increase your ability to gain more mass. You have to stick to it though, never miss a day, be on point and committed and you'll start noticing gains after a few weeks.
 
damn this thread grew... good shit guys..jus by looking at everyones progress i might jus join in..

im about 5'6 and at the moment i weight approx 127 ..i have never gone past 135 and never lower than 125...

i dont wanna get huuuge..i jus wanna wanna atleast try and get to 150 to maybe 160 at most with a mild shape

Read what i wrote. I was in the same boat as you when I started - seemed almost impossible to gain weight. I think I'm close to 160 now - i need to hit up a scale

Unless you have energy problems at the gym I wouldn't bother with that stuff. Good eats, creatine, and essential aminos would be a better investment. That said, if you like noexpolde and you're sticking with it anyway, you should try nanovapor if you get the chance. It definitely tastes worse but it works better. Also superpump 250. They're both better NO products.

so creatine wont make a fat person fatter?? i used to take it when i was muscular but i stop exercising 4 years ago. and i gain 100 pounds. problem is i try lifting and i have no energy or boost.. i used to use Zantrex 3 full dossage but i tryed again and it doesnt work anymore i build like a resistance .. i only get the really dry mouth and no energy rush. so any "vitamin world" product that should consider for more energy >? and advance my metabolism?

No it doesnt make you fat. If you are ripped and you take creatine it will saturate your muscles with water (you will retain more water) thus not appear as ripped. Once you get to your goal just stop creatine and start your rip phase. Also you shouldnt use creatine for long periods of time, some say its fine others say you shouldnt, I take breaks from it so my body wont build any sort of tolerance.

I can't use creatine. The only thing it did for me was give me intense stomach aches and diarrhea.

Well i guess i should post here too,

I am on a losing weight but gaining muscle at the same time i have been going to the gym daily with the bf (sergio) and i feel and see more improvement in my stamina and body.

I do everything he does sometimes lighter weight or the same depends on what exercise. He had asked around the gym to men who workout with the gf and such and they all do the same thing woman can work out equally the same as men.

Meaning i better see some girls working out at the gym from this forum and photos of results.

I feel i dont need to put any pics up yet until i get better visual results. But the routine is going great!

All These Supplement Are There To Help, They Wont Cure Or Give You Miracle Growth... I Recomend To Always Lift And Exercise W/o Taking Nothing At First... Once Your Body Gets Used To Your Exercise Routine Is When You Introduce Supplements To Help....

Normal :D you wouldnt notice much of a difference in appearance, you may gain a little at first but like I said it is water weight not fat. All creatine really does is give you more stamina so you can work out longer.

^best advice on supplementing.

I may try some different creatine formulas that are supposed to be easy on the stomach soon. But monohydrate did pwn my stomach.
