right now i wanna focus on my chest, and triceps as well as forearms
i know hammer curls are good, but what can i do for triceps that wont kill my next or back?
Well besides what was posted before for triceps, you may have to use a machine if none of those work for you. They have sit down machines and stand up machine where you pull down. But if you don't have access to that, a good thing is when you do your bench press, put your hands closer together. Keep bringing them closer and closer together until it feels right for you, you'll feel your triceps work harder the closer the hands are to each other in a bench press.
