Alright, It's been a week since my last pics were taken. I've gained an extra 3lbs within the week. I really think the key has been my running every other day, then working out afterward. I havent been drinking my protien shake either. Just Milk after run, milk during workout, and milk after workout (I love milk, my fav drink). Here how it is right now..

Since a week ago I can notice more definition in my abs and my triceps/biceps/chest/traps have gotten slightly bigger. I'll update again in a week or so.

I go to planet fitness off powerline just east of i95. I might switch soon b/c its too small and get ridiculously crowded at times.

go to the Golds Gym right by where we live
its only 19.99 a month(for life) but a 200 start off cost

but the only down fall is you can only use that club
 
We got Planet Fitness here. $15/ month for one person or $20/ month per two people.

Well it's been about a week so thought I'd update. Gained 4 lbs! I've been using these everyday. The Creatine Pills before a workout or run and Whey after workout/run. Also been eating 5 meals a day with high protien and eating a decent amount of calories. I've stuck strictly to my workout routine so far...

^^^ I recommend that to any of the skinny people here, my muscle all around are getting bigger noticably quick, I'm getting stronger fast, and I'm gaining weight (some is water weight I'm sure, but it's going good so far)...

My arms and abs are growing the most right now, just infront of my lats. Those supplements I've been using for the past week and I'd say they work. The wheybolic was like 40 I think and the Creatine pills were like 25 if I remember correctly. It tastes pretty decent when mixed with milk.
 
dude not to bash or anything, from personal experience if your trying to bulk use better quality stuff, like
my personal fav musclemilk. and bsn products are really good. and my fav creatine is celltech.

celltech dosnt stay in ur body as long and is more pure than that gmc shit. also is a powder and it goes into ur system quick with no loading period.

and i dont know if you guys know bout thhis site but is really helpfull it keeps track of what you eat and shows you the amounts in graphs.

cell tech is good.. muscle milk is crap..... like i said before you want to bulk up nothing beats L-Glutamine Amino Acids.... when you work out your body tends to loose around 50% of its amino acids... thats when the glutamine comes in.. replenishes all the amino acids lost, and accelerates your rehab period... allowing your muscle to replenish and avoiding a plateau period.... it also helps your brain cells and your digestive system...

creatine is good, but it drains your body of water... making you drink water like a horse...

tru but you still need to drink protein., and musclemilk has a great amount of vitamins and amino acids and even creatine in each serving specially if you drink the cytogainer, weight gainer. that shit works great for me. i bloat like a balloon in no time drinkin that shit.

it depends on the person's digestive and genetics... like for muscle milk makes me gassy, and i see no effect... You normally need to drink all that protain if you are a gym rat... you will find healthy amount of protein in everyday meals... guys who are semi and pro body builders or they are athletes (fighters, runners, etc) need those proteins... for a person who work a regular job siting behind a counter or in an office etc... that much protein can have a negative effect.... it can go from acid reflux to other intestinal problems...
 
I use Optimum Nutrion 100% whey after my workouts. It is one of the most bland tasting proteins on the market but also one of the best - if not THE best. Its constantly winning over awards for its qualities. Since its a post workout shake, carbs are essential so I use a 50/50 mixture of dextrose and maltodextrin. I also add bcaa's. If there's any doubt to my method, do some research on post workout shakes and carbs - you will find this is pretty much the standard approach. Also, the dextrose and maltodextrin make the shakes taste 50000x better. The only reason Muscle Milk tastes good is sugar.

The only other time i supplement protein is in the morning. I do this for a number of reasons. Mainly time. I use Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex (not the gainer), 8oz milk, 8oz water/ice, 1 banana, and 2 tbs of peanut butter. It tastes pretty awesome and coupled w/ the bowl of oats i have when i get to work, gives me plenty of protein/carbs to last until lunch (although i do snack on almonds between meals).

I don't like supplementing so everything else in my diet is real food.

I'm not new to this shit, I use to weigh a tad under 200 when I used to workout a few years ago (that's 40lbs over my current weight). I've used all three of what you just mentioned along with almost everything at gnc and the only one I liked was musclemilk like I mentioned earlier in this thread. yeah I'm down to get my muscle back, I'm so skinny from not being active as much and not eating so much. My crazy high metabolism is a double edged sword. ugh.

Why does every thread on this site turn into a homo bash fest? Fuck all of you stfu.

I weigh ~150# and Im 6'3... Ide like to get more weight but I have tried alot of shakes and the such, but no gain at all.

I dont really have a routine as of now, because I dont really want to work out without major or no gain at all.

So if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Ill get a picture up, of what I look like now.

Same thing with "no offense" and then offending someone. You think you can say that then say whatever you want and it's fine? You just totally bashed my stuff, admit it, and when I see your medical qualifications to say GNC stuff is bad I'll trust you, moving on..
 
So I got a Body Fat test today at the gym. 13.1% down for ~ 16% last time(about a month ago). Down from 22%+ when I started the Gym. I'm pretty stoked about that. Pics in a Few!
