Alright, It's been a week since my last pics were taken. I've gained an extra 3lbs within the week. I really think the key has been my running every other day, then working out afterward. I havent been drinking my protien shake either. Just Milk after run, milk during workout, and milk after workout (I love milk, my fav drink). Here how it is right now..
Normal no flex (Thinking about dropping one..hmmm?)-
Flex (with MEGA Constipation Mang! PUSH!)-
Since a week ago I can notice more definition in my abs and my triceps/biceps/chest/traps have gotten slightly bigger. I'll update again in a week or so.
