Man gyms in downtown fortluaderdale are crazy expensive, oh well, it is a mile from my house. I am really going to have to wake up early and do the gym before work :( I am not a morning person:ugh:

keep going all the way west, then it ends at a 90 degree right turn with a stop sign for some reason when you turn right on the stop sign, your on university drive for like 300 feet, and then it curves into glades road

but anyways its just easyer to say its west of 441 lol

I use to use Plant Fitness. It's only like 15bux a month or 20bux and bring a friend.

Everyone bitches about my routine.
I drink Muscle Milk before, unless I eat something. And I drink "Fast Twitch" through out the work out.
Monday: Chest and Bi
Tues: Back and Tri
Wed: Shoulders and Legs
(I feel like I'm missing something) Anyways, we repeat that.. and whatever falls on Monday we continue with it.
And we add in some forearms and usually traps on the day of shoulders..
Abs every day.
People ask why my friend and I do that, well when you do Chest you work out tri so when him and I go to work out tri we're already tired. So we figured let's do chest and bi, back and tri. It's been working great. We mainly do dead weight but we warm up on the machines first. We're already benching 65 on each side on bench, then again I just started and I weigh 140+. But we mainly stick to dead weight. We're gonna start swimming as well and start doing a lot more pull ups. We take breaks Saturday and Sunday unless we miss a day during the week. Also one week we'll go low weight high rep and then the next we go high weight low rep. THe kid I go with, his dad is in SWAT so he has a good routine and he's the one that showed us all this. He's benching somewhere between 360-380.. He looks like a beast.

Everyone suggests different things but I feel that Muscle Milk works GREAT and I've seen improvement! And yes a good thing to do with Muscle Milk is to mix it with NesQuick. Get Vanilla Muscle milk and get any flavor NesQuick, taste like a shake. I'm not into creatine and all that crap..

i think wat ur doing with the bi,chest workout style it make sense i dont see why ppl would critize that cuz ur keeping the muscles active everyday and on their feet b/c after a while theres such thing as muscle memory

See, finally someone who agrees. Also when you workout chest you're doing tri, and after working a lot on bench you're too tired for tri. Same with back when you do a lot of back and you go and try to do bi you get tired as hell. So you do Chest and Bi, Back and Tri.

Well depending on your grip when you bench. You shouldn't be too tired for triceps after bench. Use a wider grip and afterward you can do triceps easy. The closer the hands to each other on bench, more triceps, further away, more chest. I've never had a problem with that.

Eat good Carbs! Whole grains, brown rice & such. The complex carbs are harder for your body to break down so you have more energy longer. Simple carbs burn fast.

I notice a lot of you guys have a lot of holes in your routines, I see some of you workout large muscle areas together.. which is a big mistake... I was a junior body builder for over 2 years, and i have done a couple of tourneys. try to keep two large muscle areas separate.. like ex; chest should be all by itself, why???? cause when you are working out your chest you are working out your shoulder, biceps and triceps... the same goes for back, when you work on your back you do a lot of pulling, which work you triceps and shoulders... Just giving you guys some insight... it also helps out to read... There are tons of good books... me, i prefer Frank Zane's books, he was an incredible body builder and he didnt have the crazy genes Arnold had... so he had to work hard for his body... plus his books are cheap.. to get ripped do the common thing; less weight more reps, things like reverse bench press and reverse curls will target smaller muscles which you thought you never had, giving you the ripped look....

^true dat. I'm going to look into zane's books. Any one better than the others?

And muscle milk is not a good protein. Yeah it tastes good but its loaded w/ crap.

Muscle milk is pretty bad.. you want result try amino acids "L-Glutamine" they are cheap but yet they have the best results...

"Amino acids supplements are very popular among bodybuilders, athletes and fitness conscious people. Their popularity stems from the belief that they promote ENERGY, SIZE, and STRENGTH. Amino acids are the foundation of protein, the stuff the body must have for growth, repair and muscle-building. Before amino acid supplements were accepted for Athletes, protein powders dominated the market. Your muscles are hungry for protein and is needed for repairing. Without total repair the body cannot start to build muscles. This is called a Plateau Stage. The basic components of protein are amino acids. Since proteins are broken down into amino acids by the digestion system, logic suggested that digestion could be by passed by taking amino acids supplement directly. "
