Im 6'1 180 lbs trying to gain some more weight and get cut up so im taking N.O Xplode which I recommend taking and then at night before bed I take SYTHA 6 which helps repair your muscle at night and has you feeling great the next morning.

my workouts are as follows

Mon-Back and Biceps
Tuesday-Chest,Shoulders and Triceps
Wednesday-Legs and Abs
Thursday-Repeat

sunday is my day off.

so far so good with N.O Xplode I got my 195 bench max up to 210 in just one week and a half.

Back in the saddle tomorrow.

Breakfast: 4 hardboiled eggs, half cup oatmeal, maybe whole weat english muffin with jelly.

Mid morning snack" Can of tuna and fruit (banana)

Lunch: chicken breast cup of veggies cup of brown rice.

afternoon snack: egg salad sandwich high protein bread.

Post workout: Shake with banana.

Dinner: lean beef myabe some cheese.

if I get hungry before bed I will east some toast and jam.

Workouts will be nice and easy for the first three weeks, then I will up the intensity and probably take in more shakes and add more protein to my diet, I will have to see how much I lose or gain weight wise.

thats why I was asking him how long he has been doing it for, not many people do it that way because it overworks you for the most part. If it works for him though that all good.

i jumped on the bench the other day and put up 225 with ease a few times, then i was drained. lol

since i work for the school board i get a free gym membership. so tuesday im going to start running and in a few weeks ill hit the gym

Buy your own weights. Check Craigslist. But you will never get the work out at home you will at the gym. Plus you will get distracted easy.

I just recently started working out again, trying to get in somewhat shape for the Marines. My routine is...

Monday- Run 4 miles with 15lb Back Pack. Get home and drink milk. Do abs, chest, and biceps. Then drink protien.
Tuesday- Pushups and situps and pullups. Punching bag 30min.
Wed- Run 4 miles with 15lb Back Pack. Get home drink Milk. Back, triceps, shoulders. Then drink protien.
Thursday- pushups and situps and pullups. Punching bag 30min.
Friday-Run 4 miles with 15lb Back Pack. Get home and drink milk. Do abs, chest, and biceps. Then drink protien.
Saturday- pushups and situps and pullups. Punching bag 30min.
Sunday-Run 4 miles with 15lb Back Pack. Get home drink Milk. Back, triceps, shoulders. Then drink protien.

It's pretty much the same shit over and over. I already eat a good diet, my family is a bunch of organic eating Boston Marathon runners, so I don't have much to worry about with that.
I dont have really before pics but I started my training like above for two weeks and have already noticed about 7lbs gained (I now weigh 161lbs.) and getting cut again (used to be decently big about a year ago but havent worked since) so it's comming back pretty quick...

This was about a week ago...

Just between the time that those two pics were takin, I notice muscle gain alot after every couple days. My arms are getting bigger pretty quickly and my abs are getting more cut. So I'm doing something right.

I guess I can keep updates.... just feel kinda gay posting pics of me half naked...

so i start my diet and work out plans tom. ill take some pics tom and show you what disaster im working with...lol

Shane Don't neglect your legs. The running alone won't do it. Leg Presses, Squats, Calf Raises etc. The extra testosterone released when you work your legs will make you grow more muscle mass too.

Also Try working Back and Biceps together and Chest and Triceps. A good amount of exercises groups those together. Most Chest press incorporate Triceps, while a lot for Curls and Back exercises work together.

anyone here use the perfect pushup?

my dad had some and he wasnt using them and hes gonna be gone for two weeks so he said i could have em

anyone whos seen me in person knows im not exactly mr. macho man

how well will this work if i stick to it every day for the two weeks? also, if it counts for anything, i couldnt find the instruction poster or dvd, anything important i should know before i start?

ive done a few pushups on it the other day, but ill start tommarow (maybe tonight depending on how i feel)

its garbage imo. Just do a regular pushup

its garbage imo. Just do a regular pushup

what makes you say that? it seems pretty legit cause of the way it works and how the rotation triggers different muscles that normal pushups dont, plus you can go down further since your elevated a little bit.

when i tryed it i actually felt it in a lot of muscles, even my nonexistant abs,as opposed to a regular pushup where i just barley feel it in my chest and shoulders

what was your workout from when you first started? reason im asking is cause i look just like you did when you were 15, except i just turned 16 in march and i wish i woulda started earlyer

heres some of the "before" pictures i just took for reference

my plan is gonna be using the perfect pushup every night 3 sets of as long as i can

and then every other day (on the weekdays) when i have time and my moms home (unless i fix my car soon), drive over to my dad's and use his bench and then do curls as well

Thanks for suggestions. Only thing is I don't really want bigger legs or calfs, but I guess I may start doing them a little, what the heck right.
