50 LBS. two months. Yesterday I celebrated (and probably gained a few pounds in doing so, but whatever!)

i think what youre doing is awesome man. its a very courageous thing for one, staring at a scale and it being over 400 has got to be scary. i'm behind you 100% percent on this, and if you need a workout buddy when you get to that point i'm here. i need to get my fat ass off the couch anyway lol. GOOD LUCK MAN!

Damn Otis, lookin like a sexy beast!

OK, so I lost 50 lbs, and then I gained 8 hahahha. Last weekend we went to Kumo Japanese steak house for my wifey's birthday, and I chowed down...had one spicy tuna roll (omg i miss sushi) then had some hibachi...rice was so good...but I also was in the middle of getting sick...so I've come down with a nice Flu...so with the 8 lbs I gained 362 back up to 370...i have literally not been able to hold down ANYTHING this week...so its really hard to lose weight like that. I had to stop dieting and eat bread...and I could barely keep it down. I am feeling alot better today, so hopefully by this evening I will have lost a pound or two. plan on being back down to my last weeks weight next, week...just a small speed bump as I see it.

good progress still....it sucks to be injured or sick..... make sure you still try and workout when you can.... I fight through all of the days I feel like shit (yesterday for example) I had the worst cramps in the world barely could run a mile and I usually run a mile in under 6 minutes. Once you feel strong enough get the show back on the road, don't let the sickness become and excuse (u will kick yourself late if you do)
 
Well, I had been really sick and jumped from 362 back up to 370.
I am now down to 365, and as of yesterday back on the diet. I was milking the being sick and enjoying eating pasta hahahah.
But I'm back in the game now. Goal for next Tuesday is 359, so stay tuned!
 
Good luck my man its not easy.. I started my plan in March-April of this year, down 85lbs so far and counting..
