My weight loss battle.

the camel toe is AWESOME!!! and i will post up a pic in a bit dude, like 22 lbs as of my first post in this thread!!! almost have to get some new clothes... these shorts are too BAGGY to play golf in now! ahmed im proud man you are doing work just stick to it!

ps i have started low carb except today i had plenty of drinks! but you know its ok to indulge occasionally!!! so yeah pic coming soon lost like 4-6 pant sizes!
 
Lol, I'm glad this is working out for u. I told my sister I could eat omelettes with cheese, and today I came down to a breakfast of 6 fucking eggs. It was awesome hahahaha. The sad part is, all of this weight that I'm losing, no one out here realizes it because the last time they saw me I was circa 350... So I'm just fat to everyone. Soon ill be good to go!

you got me motivated to kick back up on my diet and so far I've dropped 12 lbs in 11 days
 
I'm so glad people are getting motivated. I'm still here until Saturday. I'm currently sitting on the deck of the beach house, staring at the rad NJ waves. Long Beach Island is beautiful, and it is without snookie and her friends.
I cheated a couple of times and had rice....or fish filet, oh and i had coffee with cream and sugar twice.
I've tried really hard to stay on track and i think I'm doing well. there is no scale here, so I won't know my weight until I return.
I hope im still doing well :)

Total weight lost 38.3 lbs as of today.

I know its only 2 lbs less this week...BUT, I did cheat a few times over my vacation.
I am now back, and as of Yesterday, a Lifetime gym member.

today is a very happy day.
Protein bars that work with my diet, that actually taste really good.
I ordered some special peanut butter last night, so i'm waiting for that.
AND, I got used to coffee without sugar hahahaha. I had quit coffee, then on vacation my siblings have coffee for blood, so i started up again. And started drinking it with just cream (gay milk though) and yea.
GREAT SUCCESS! /Borat Voice.
 
nice man, My week wasnt as good as it could be, but still lost 4lbs of fat. Too many carbs in my veggies this past week, lesson learned.. no onions with my foods from here out!

u know you need carbs to build muscle right??? no carb diets are very dangerous and shouldn't be prolonged...... that being said GLWS

i know boss, but in a KETO diet you have minimal carbs under 25g a day

and KETO diets are very temporary. they get you to your goal then proper diet and maintenance kicks in

So excited. Hit 369.7 this morning! I've been waking up every morning, taking a protein shake and going to LA Fitness for about 30-40 minutes. I get a super quick lift in, and ride the bike for about 25 minutes.

"Nothing tastes as sweet as succeeding in your weigh loss" is my new saying (that i stole) from some random dude.

good stuff dude.... its gonna become an addiction soon enough... u will feel weird if you go a day without working out
