My weight loss battle.

I have never had a real convo with you bro, but Im really glad you are taking the initiative to make yourself feel better. Ive been trying to loose some weight since the beginning of the year, and like Sal said, I lost about 15lbs just by dropping soda, with about 3-4 days of 1hour workouts a week - but then I kinda slacked off after seeing some slight results.. So just know - your story has inspired me to get back on my shit and cut some more weight off. Best of luck to ya bro, and I hope nothing but the best for you man.

for lunch I eat a bunch of sliced roast beef or turkey (this was 3/4 of the way done with the meal that I thought about taking the pic) and then pickles, I forgot to say...U can have low sodium pickles...a bunch. SO i change btwn pickles and pickled peppers, etc.
Those are the pills I take with lunch. subtract one pill (vita super is only taken once daily) for breakfast and dinner and thats how it looks hahah
 
Yea dude, for all of the wrong reasons though.
I may be a large rough around the edges mammal but the humidity down here fucks my skin up something fierce. Who woulda thought, I have sensitive fucking skin. I used to shovel the snow in the -20 degree weather with no gloves on...I move to fucking heaven on earth and my skin can't handle it! Lol
 
Dont know if your still drinking energy drinks while your on the plan but they can really mess up a diet program pretty bad. The sugar content spikes and will send your insulin numbers soaring. I used to drink them up until about 3 months ago because I started the insanity workout routine. Keep up the good work man!

well if you look that was the 0 carb... basically like drinking diet soda. and considering he is allowed to have pickles im sure the sodium intake is far more lenient than carb intake. so hollaaa!!!
 
I was refering to the sugar more than the sodium intake. I just went ahead and looked into it a bit and saw that some people will still support the diet soda theories while others are going to say limit if not cut it out entirely. Still it's just an observation that I though I might bring to the table and is ultimately up to Ahmed...
