It wont help. lol even with a police scanner people still get busted. Honestly i think if this dude is serious about making this video he should talk to broward or dade county and just get permission to film. Its safer and makes this lagit. :bigthumbu -SAS

Its $4950 for the lisance to flim in each county and they charge $1200 an hour to close down a city street. This is alot of money but this guys says hes gonna sell the dvd nationwide then he can make his money back in no time. Plus he will have some ill footage. This is just my two cents. -SAS

I know, I was there. Im the guy who found that roundabout spot, Shane. I drive a bimmer but it's not currently running.
