It still wouldn't matter. The MAF reads x amount of air comming in at either place. The ideal way is to use a MAP sensor, then you don't need to worry. I bet if you hooked up a wideband O2 to your car, you would see a large spike where it runs rich when the bov vents. Ever notice when turbo cars shoot flames out the back when they back off the throttle? That is in part due to the extra amount of fuel in the exhaust.
