You are being watched....on a good note tho, soup is good when your sick, and depending can also be really good for diets.

So I got sick and broke off the diet for almost 2 weeks again =(...BUT, Since I was sick all I was eating was soup and crackers lol. Lost one whole pound these past 2 weeks. Back on the first week of the diet as if i was brand new. All proteins, no salads. I MUST ACHIEVE MY GOAL!

Starting weight 412.5
Current weight 340.1
Weight lost 72.4 lbs =)
1 pound in last 2 weeks hahaha

Weight lost 75.6 lbs =)
3.2 lbs this week.
It has become evident I MUST work out to continue losing at the rate that I had been.
I am sort of dissapointed because I don't have alot of time during this time of the year and I MUST lose 100 lbs by thxgiving!

Get some badass running shoes, and start slow paced runs/jogs.

if your only worried about cardio/weight loss that is. im down to work out again

i have no cartilage in my knees...i'm not running anywhere my friend.
Swimming is what I have to do as far as cardio is concerned.

I Know that pain my dude.. I'm cycling.. doesn't bother my knees what so ever.. after and 1-2 hours of cardio I do another hour of weights.
