Change of plans... 13b in s13!

well at least for the money you get something better than stock. the 13b is hardly better than stock.

wat?

a big turbo 13b is hardly better than stock?

Stop trying to prove your point this way. 13b's are awesome....in rx7's and miatas and shit.

if you're gonna go through all that trouble to put one in a 13 or 14, you might aswell do a v8.

Yeah, I'm puttin a v8 in my car for the sounds. Get real chump.

Did I say Bearcat is putting a V8 in his car for the sound you fucking dumbass?
NO
I could give 2 squirts of piss where you put your V8, SR , or w/e the fuck you have.
STFU

You said the sound of an i6 is greater than anythng. So anyone with reading comprehinsion over the 3rd grade level of yourself, would take that you are only in it for the sound.

So anyways. Take your ignorant punk ass outta my bizznas and go fuck yourself.

imo the only rotary that would even be a remotely good idea to swap into anything else besides the rx's should be the 20b or a 26b. there is NO benefit for a 13b swap unless the car is exceptionally light where the weight savings will have a positive impact or you need to rev to eternity... or your into light experimental aircrafts.

Ummmm do you not know that FCs are heavier than s13s? My tiny little torqueless powerless, barely better than stock KA engine doesn't really have too much of a problem lugging around my car.

YouTube- StuntWars09, Drifting,

As far as realiability is concerned, Dan and Gary are both like 2 years now on their motors.

The swap would be cool if you have money, and can do shit right, and make like 400hp. But if you can't afford that, than why bother? Just get another SR.

Oh and for the record, Ls1 would probably be way smarter. Just saying.

Hmm a lot of talk so far and arguing.. cool. normal thread activity. I say we see some pics, i wanna see where this is going. Interesting idea hope it works well for you. More pics!

good point but if his dad builds rotaries..it seems it will be the easier way for him since he has the resource to go about it.

aahhhhh, why are all these rotor heads attacking me!? lol look i am not against you guys, im not that piston head you guys are used to that talks crap about its reliability and calling it a torqueless wonder.i fucking love rotaries, hell i'd love to work for mazda developing it! and the other problem is you and pat are comparing engines by how much power they can make turbocharged where as long as the supporting mods are there you can turn it up to 30+ psi and make more power than most ppl would care to want even from a 1.5l. to compare motors its best to consider them in non turbo form. your 13b can make 400hp but so can a honda d15 1.5l, so according to your logic it wont have a problem lugging around the fc but would you ever consider it? heck no. why? because just being able to make your target peak hp isnt as great if you only get it at 7k and up. the bigger the displacement, the lower the rpm you can get that power at and have it last. even mazda realizes they need to bump up in displacement hence the 16x they're working on. but you ended up agreeing with me so w/e

You're a retard. Don't call me a "rotor head" just because I know about them. Unlike the majority of people on rx7club, I don't think they're the greatest thing ever, but they are pretty cool. I even have an FC with a Ls1 in it. It's not that cool.

People are attacking you because you're being a retard, not because you're hating on rotaries.

Ruff Racing is a rotary shop. so rwd chassis with most aftermarket support + engine they are most familiar with = smart drift build for them.

lets continue with the build thread...
