who knows a good small claims lawyer:
there is this guy that bought my old ka motor and has not payed me
he dont answer his phone and the motor is alrdy in the car
i gave him the motor cuz i thought he was a friend but he turnedoutt o be a dick
and a pain in the ass to work with, n i gave him the motor back in september
 
any proof that you sold him the motor other than the fact that he has a motor in his car? also any proof that the motor in the car is yours??
 
i say beat his ass and take lossing the money as a lesson learned. I personaly would never ask anyone to front anything to me cuz thats bad bizness. Don't bother with the small claims court. you will spend more money on court costs then its worth.

i have the registration with the vin number of my car that the motor came out of so there is proof that the motor is mine and i got witnesses if it helps
 
like i said your gonna spend more for the lawyer and court costs then its worth. Dont know how much you sold the ka for but i went to small claims and it cost me 250 to get back 300. so in the end i got 50 bucks and lost alot of time. chances are they wont even show up if hes dodgeing you like that.
 
if you know where the car is roll down there with a few people and pull the motor out. he cant say shit cuase he didn't pay you. or break the windows in the car either way revenge is sweet.
 
i just found out the motor is not wired up or anything, looks like im just gonna go and pull that shit out
