very nice... blown v8's sound great... and sooo much smoke.. even better. can i ask did you do anything to renforce the frame and rear end?

but i doubt ill be doing much in 08. out of money, kinda lost interest. ill be at some the nopi events and fd atlanta unless a armored truck pulls up to me and the guy hands me the keys and tells me to put a brinks sticker on my car or something.

gotta get back to school and make sure i can support a family if i have one when im 30 or so. driftings fun and all but its not going to matter when im 50 if you know what i mean.












what a shitty outlook from a 23 year old. ill still do it for fun alwyas, but im over traveling around everywhere and ruining my life over it while footing the bill that i cant pay.
 
If you had a damn engine that stayed together your story wouldn't be so depressing. Quit acting old.
 
I'm totally out of money, and I dont have anything to fall back on. I'll still be doing some events, but I'm really over the whole try to do a whole series with no budget, no dedicated mechanic, etc.

Plus if you drive at these FD events nowadays, your required to be at autograph sessions, drivers meetings while tech is going on etc, you gotta be in two places at once a lot and drive. right now i just dont have the financial resources to do it anymore all the time.

Im not quitting altogether, but unless some big money deal comes around so i can hire somene as a dedicated mechanic for my car so it doesnt blow up all the time, and so i can actually just drive at the events instead of drive there, unload everything, setup, tech, drive, fix, change tires etc I just dont wanna do it anymore. Its frustrating driving to events knowing you've got a shot to win and stupid shit breaking because you are on such a shoestring that you cant even change the oil in your truck or carry a spare tire in your trailer because your so tapped out.

I'm not trying to be a whiner, I'm just stating where I'm at and whats important to me right now. Drifting is about having fun, and to me honestly until I have enough money saved up to do it right, its not fun. Its also November, by February who knows, but right now I'll fix my car when I get a chance, and just take it out for fun and do what I can, thats just what I'm comfortable and financially able to do right now.

Its just not worth dollar menu, not taking care of my girlfreind, bouncing off couches and not having enough to change the oil in my truck anymore. I'm at the point where I wanna have a roof over my head, and when I load up the rig I wanna go have fun and not worry about how I'm gonna eat when I get home and where I'm gonna sleep for that week. I'm over that.

Driftings about fun, thats all I want it to be again.

I really appreciate all the kind comments btw, I just want to get my life together and put myself in front of drifting for once in the last two years.

hahaha, I know manji on hillsborough happened everytime I saw you in one of your 240s tires or no tires! just keep having fun with it buddy you'll get your break, and good luck with school thats always a smart choice.
