Well there wouldnt be a VIN because its not registered in the US. The JDM VIN is only 9 characters long, if I remember correctly. It appears legit because of the amount of pictures, but then again, those could be available on certain sights that contain information and a gallery of the cars/ movie. Although there are ALOT of pictures of one car. But what really throws me off is the 0 feedback, as well as his name "greymarketcars", as well as his sign up date "12-29-05". That scream illegitament. I thinks its fake as well.
Anyway, I have to agree with Frank (FAL), prices are going to skyrocket with your cars. Im sure with the AE86 as well. Initial D contributed to the fluctuation of price, but now its going to be crazy.Btw, thats a good idea, Frank.
I wonder if my car will be in there? Maybe. I dont know if I want it to, since the price may slightly change as well, but then again, Ill stop getting the wierd looks that say "WHAT KIND OF CAR IS THAT!?!?". Yea, I came accross 2 men in an is300 yesterday who stopped in the middle of the street to try and figure out what kind of car I have... I swear to God. Its not rocket science to figure it out! My car doesnt look like any other car!
Edit: The add will probably be taken off soon. Larry from Drag told me he tried to sell his jdm Supra on there and since it wasnt registered, they took it off within a couple of days. There is a whole campaign that Ebay has to rid it of selling unregistered jdm cars since most of the auctions are fake.
