lol they didnt even film on the good turn anyway.. they got like 3 slides and got scared by a security truck to a way more crappier turn where they filmed the rest of the night
well about 50% of the real drifters of this forum have drifted on the broke ass kart track and the kart track does have a short lived history in this failing scene. so why was it not included or mentioned in this ideal to film drifting in SFL. I guess if i had a car i might have been invited but maybe not. what ever i think it was done very poorly because of how this forum runs. I don't mean by the moderators but the whole drift scene down here. everybody wants to be the cool one. well not everybody there is lots that just want to have fun. but its the non-drifters that have rights here and its the non-drifters/asshats that made it so hard to communticate what was going down.

Josh and Anthony, I'm glad someone finally said it. Ralph and I were waiting for this day to come, and we were left untold.... and not to disrespect, but for something that was "drifters only" I saw a few spectators from the pictures.
But most importantly, it's pointless to argue now. I just want to see what came out of all this.

Okay.. check it out, I have an idea...... might be a long shot, butttt... why don't you guys get in contact with the Slide America guys instead of just bitching and moaning about spilt milk on this forum. You are all complaining about oh wah wah why didn't you call me, but wtf, you are calling the people who went out selfish and wanted to hog the camera, who the fuck are you?? majority of the people complaining don't come out drifting every saturday night with us, why the fuck should you have been invited?? you don't go out just to go practice and have fun, but you are willing to go out just so can be on video? most of the people who were told about it are the ones who are out there every weekend drifting regardless if their car is running good or not or have extra tires or work the next morning.. I don't care how many drift events you been to, good for you, this documentary wasn't about drift events, so wah wah wah some more. and if you think what I said is unfair or mean or w/e I really don't care because you want to be hypocrits so go cry to Slide America and ask them to come back so they can get you on film.

Dan, I'm always for going sliding with you guys, but you must realize at one point that there are people out there that just slide elsewhere. Just because they choose to slide somewhere else and not talk about it, doesn't mean they dont slide. Ralph has been going out with a few others that'll vouch for him (as well as themselves since they are in this forum) that they've been going at it.

And please don't bring up Hialeah Speedway because the amount of people wanting to drift is a lot greater now than it was a year ago. A year ago, the Hialeah events would still fill up, but they slowly started to die as drivers cars started to die lol and not everyone can buy and build a new car within a month to make it to the next event.

I was there because I was driving. I am out there every weekend, regardless if I'm driving, just to help other people get better.
The only FWD cars that were there were the Slide America guys and Jeremys scion tC. a total of 2 cars that weren't sliding besides someone that saw Ali at the gas station on the way down and followed us.
Okay, I'm going to say this one more time, hopefully you guys can read this, SLIDE AMERICA...... asked to keep it to a low amount of cars. Now, for whatever reason they requested that, you have to respect it. If not, you are just wasting time arguing about it on this forum, because this is not Slide America.
My question is that why does everyone all of a sudden want to be a part of the community when there is an outside source filming? I've posted an open-invite for every Saturday night to go sliding and yet it's still the same 4 people every weekend. If you guys want to go drifting so bad and be on video, come out Saturday nights and slide, get it on Video, post it on the internet, download it, burn it to a DVD and bam, you are famous too. :bigthumbu
