Why are people getting so bitchy about this? It's a DVD. Not the end of drifting as we know it. If you think the Slide America video misrepresented Florida then get all the people you know who drift and make a DVD called 'Slide Florida' or something and stop bitching already. You sound like a 4th grader. jeez.

I already brought that up on another thread. Making your own dvd would be the solution to Florida's "missrepresentation". For those who didnt get invited, including myself. Get together and make it happen.

When I told the FMDT people that Slide America guys might be out there, none of them knew who the hell they were even so please get off this we wanted to hog the spotlight crap. Anyone who went out that Saturday night to drift at the spot could've been on it.
Yea, you are mad because you weren't invited.. good for you. Go tell Slide America that you deserved to be in it and that you want a recount or something. Just don't come on here accusing us for hiding it and being shady.
By you feeling bitter about the situation and expressing your feelings/opinions everytime something about Slide America is brought up isn't going to solve anything, it already happened, there is nothing you can do about it.

I did let it go, but it got brought up again by somebody else. When this forums not public anymore, I'll refrain from stating my opinion. If you don't like it, read elsewhere. If dan can't handle it, he'll delete shit again.
As for events, everybody on this forum has the money to do an event. Its all about maturity. $1/day could net 4 $90 event entries per year. Tires and shit are all costs incurred by street drifting so there's no excuse. Scared? Probably.

This is just like when you had the Naples track, you invited the whole forum, open invite, 8 of us went. Vids and Pics were posted when the track got tore down. Everyone bitched about not being invited. It was open invite.
Anyone who's been around for the past year and attended slightly some of the meets at DD know that we go drifting almost every Saturday night. If you go, you go, if not, don't complain if something good happens. We are not your personal secretaries. Sorry.
everybody that acutally drifts in South Florida should represent the South Florida drift scene. That includes the people that drift in other towns of South Florida too. But maybe we are all poser asshats.

LOL.. What can I say, your right. But if you look back to the pre-reg for the dania event you'll see I was one of the first ten guys to sign up so I try to do my part. I'm not rying to start shit with anyone on this forum. I like Dan and I like the mycultre guys... I wish it would have been an open invite but whatever.
I would not call dori dori out though for lack of skill. You obviously were not at the event and did not see his insane entries... Yeah he went off course but he was also pushing harder then 99.5% of the guys there, myself included.
damn u guys need to calm the fuck down, look they invited the ppl they wanted n thats it....
if u did int get an invitation who cares. and it was a last minute thing i bet if it would have been an open invite there still would have been the same amount of ppl out there drifting, there just would have been alot more ppl watching every one would have had the same excuse " i needed more time to get tires" i found out that we were gonna go drifting that night till 7 or 8 that night and i was lucky to be working that night so i "borrowed" sum tires from sears and mounted them right before we closed.
and again why does some one have to be filming for ppl to come out and drift ????????????????????????
