S13 Ka-t idles good shuts off when given quick jab of gas

UPDATE: Hey guys changed it to blow through setup and put the stock ecu in, it warmed up at 1200 and then outta nowhere went up to 4k rpms and stayed there... now everytime i turn it on she goes straight up to 4k...
idk whats wrong with my setup but I need my daily back asap so im parting out all of the turbo parts and making her N/A again ill have a list up soon in the for sale thx guys
