no Lebron thread yet?!?!?!

Who is lebron anyways???

What?!? Yea let's bring Kobe also right? Wade and Lebron are smart players the will only score if there open and or have a lane open, we have seen multiple times that both Lebron and Wade have no problem passing up the ball.

LMAO! Why are you quoting me to say the same thing I just said there? I said that when either one commands a double team they will kick it back out. No need for either of them to force up shots anymore. I dunno i'm pretty sure you quoted the wrong person. Both LBJ and D-Wade have the hghest basketball IQ's in the NBA. They will be great together.

I spoke with u last night on this.....I agree that they are talented smart players, Lebron being my fav since the McDonalds all american game.Only thing is that like i said they will have to find a rhythm, because have u ever seen a bunch of nice guys going into a restaurant everyone wants to hold the door, they may face the same type of situation with scoring and ball handling.

LeBron will be our point foward, this has been already talked about. In other words he will run the offense and kick it to D-Wade and Bosh. This is the way they have always played together. There is no problem with them making this work instantly. LeBron=Magic Wade= MJ Bosh= Kareem. I don't mean in skill but more like playing roles on the court when all 3 are there. D-Wade is fine with letting LeBron be Alfa Male. People have to understand this is not what Espn wants everyone to believe. These guy's signed on to win and nothing else. This means that the one who choses who shoots is the Coach, so you will never see any of them being too passive or too aggressive unless the Coach wants it.

Other info: Mike Miller close to signing
UD will sign by Monday or Tuesday
Shaq is talking with Heat about maybe coming back
AI strong chance of signing with Heat before FA is done

ROFL! This kid needs to go to the doctor and get all that sand out of his Vagina. This lil shit got it twisted, Espn made LeBron not Cleveland. Espn would feature LBJ every night that had nothing to do with his "Cleveland Fans". Thats also the reason Espn has been pushing as hard as possible for LeBron to leave Cleveland. If anything Cav's fans should be angry with Bosh. Had he went to Cleveland in the S&T LBJ would still be there. "Best team in the league for 2yrs" and yet turned to shit in the playoffs. Everyone but Cleveland fans agree LBJ had no chance to win there. I love that everyone hates Miami now, it's great to be hated:bigthumbu

u make some valid points.....thats how everything should technically work, but these games will be a bit different from the olympic ones. ilke i said i'm jus anxious to see how it pans out

D-Wade wants to play with Shaq. Shaq although 38 yrs old is still one of the best Centers in the NBA. As I said this is about winning so everyone is going to shutup and play with the best players they can.

Fisher I feel is going to sign with the Lakers. I feel he's doing the samething Lamar Odom did. He's going to take our offer to L.A and when they say we will match it he'll stay there. Who knows although Fishers stats aren't out of this world, I would take him over most PG's in the NBA right now. The guy just knows how to win :D

He's got the experience of the pressure of being in the playoffs. As well as being VERY consistent. If he signs, he'll be a nice bench player with a lot of contribution.

http://www.miamiherald.com/2010/07/10/1724665/magic-gm-lakers-are-still-best.html

"The Heat has talked to James Jones, who was bought out June 30, about re-signing for the minimum salary and there's interest on both sides. An NBA official mentioned Juwan Howard and Joe Smith among other veterans who would love to join the Heat at the minimum. Agents for Mike James, Von Wafer, Matt Barnes and others also have been in touch with the Heat, but Miami is being very selective.

Derek Fisher met with Pat Riley on Saturday and is being encouraged by the Heat's stars to sign. But he could get more re-signing with the Lakers.

Although Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Raja Bell have been mentioned, Miami has contacted neither, agent Herb Rudoy said.

The Heat raised the minimum-salary scenario with Brad Miller and Roger Mason; their agent, Mark Bartelstein, said Saturday, ``They've got much better offers. It's a question of whether they want to consider the Heat or not.''"

Starting lineup I would love to see

PG.J-Will
SG D-Wade
SF. LBJ
PF. C-Bosh
C. Shaq

Bench
U-Haslem
M-Chalmers
M-Miller
AI
J-Anthony
J-Jones
M-Barnes
Fill in the rest with 2nd round picks. This lineup would win this year.

Lots of Vets that are willing to take min to win a ring. I don’t see Fish coming here. He wants to call L.A’s bluff and is going to get what he wants.

fuck lebron

You won't be saying that when you're busy jumping on the bandwagon after we win the next 5 championships :D

Samething I told KWkouki goes to you as well sir:rolleyes:

^^Don't get ahead of yourself thinking that NBA championships will just fall into our laps, I mean we are pretty good on paper but lets see.

I thought Miller was a done deal?

Fisher would be HUGE for us. He always hits the big shots. Also he would be a clutch contributor that we would be taking directly away from LA.

Why wouldn't Wade want Shaq? I haven't heard any talk about any other centers as possibilities and we NEED one to be bulletproof. And he is still one of the most influential centers in the NBA, IDC how much anybody hates him.

AI signing makes sense for him and we could definitely use his experience and ball handling. Not to mention he is another of my favorite players of my Generation.

Basically all Miami needs to be unstoppable is a good center, another starter who has to be legitimately guarded and plays good D, and a bench that can hold their own defensively. If that happens, GG.

Derek Fisher is kinda saying hes "committed" to coming to Miami, but nothing done for sure yet. But report saids that loads of veterans around the league are willing to come to Miami for nearly nothing.

We don't need to go out and get a center due to the fact that we drafted 2 of them in this last draft. Dexter Pittman is promising, and with Wade, LeBron, & Bosh he will learn alot and good really dominate and the center position. We just need to fill in those role player spots, and its coming.

Pat Riley for PRESIDENT of the USA.

I still feel that Derrick Fisher is going to saty in L.A no matter what he says. L.A is his home and it's not about winning a title for him as much as Wade-Bos-LeBron, Fish has 5 already. I agree DP would be great, the only problem is we need a Center like Shaq. DP is still a Rookie and has to learn how to play in the NBA. Remember this team is being built to win right now. Thats why Miami let B-E-Z go. Beasley has great potential as a matter of fact he can shoot better then D-Wade and LeBron but he lacks in too many other places to become an affective PF in the NBA. Brad Miller is another option at Center but I hear other teams are offering him more then Miami. I'm 90% sure that Shaq will be signed to the Heat soon. The Mike Miller deal is pretty close to done. From what I hear it went from 5yr 30M to 5yr 25M. Either way I see this team wininig an NBA title this year. I know Riles will get us an awesome team when it's all said and done.

shaq is old as fuck and slows tha game down so much that miami cant run the floor when hes in the game. He should have retired years ago but i think hes still butt hurt over the kobe thing so hes gonna stick around till hes nothing and just rides the bench for all but 4 mins of the game. The last heat game i went to every time they put shaq in it was time for a food or bathroom brake cause you know nothing awsome will happen. LMAO

If Shaq does come to Miami he will NOT start. Dude is past the age of running up and down the court thats why he couldn't hold up with the Sun's fast pace game with Nash. In Cleveland he was a back-up averaging most 15-20mins a game. Shaq CANNOT come in the this Heat team and start, its just impossible. Our Big 3 want to run the floor non-stop. Thats why I say Dexter Pittman will be perfect, hes young, and around these veterans so far hes going to learn quick and get it just like Bynum did when he came into the league with Kobe. They made him good, I feel like if Shaq does come he will slow the game down, but can provide some kind of experience. But I'm more concerned about our PG then anything else. We'll see how it unfolds.

You make a good point, but Shaq would have never worked in the Suns game plan. Even in his Prime Shaq was not a fastbreak type Center. The Miami Heat has never been a fastbreak team. We have always been a halfcourt team. I feel that Shaq would be great in our rotation since i'm sure Spo isn't going to turn us into the Suns. I do agree Shaq is old but he also played well in PHX and Cle before he got hurt. Truth is we need a bigman and he's the best one in FA right now. We don't have much of a choice. I'm also sure Shaq will be motivated to get in great shape since we will be playing the Lakers in the Finals this year.

who's lebron?

He's the guy that sells flowers @ the onramp on 103st
