Guy bought car off me 5 months ago and didnt pick it up STILL! What to do?

I sold my Eclipse GSX 5 MONTHS ago to a guy in Canada via paypal. Apparently the idiot didnt think about shipping before he payed me the $3750 for it. Well, I bought my BMW with the money and the eclipse is still sitting here and I need it gone but im not sure what I can do. Two Weeks ago I sent him a email that I'd start charging him a fee of $50 a week for storage so he'd better pick it up soon. He hasnt paid the $100 due yet but w.e. What would you guys do? I need it gone and this guy doesnt seem that hes trying at all to pick it up. Many of my friends are just saying sell it again or part it out or something but I dont want to be a complete dick like that. Any ideas welcome.
 
Im thinking of just taking the $50 a week storage fee by taking parts off the car. Thats what I had to do earlier because he wouldnt pay me the $90 for towing from the place I had it sitting. I guess Ill eventually own the whole car again, this guy will not pick this up anytime soon I can guarentee it.

i say just sell that bitch again, give him a warning email/call give 1 more week than resale!!!

Im sure theres a law protecting him still though otherwise I would.
 
Where is the title. Don't part the car you will end up screwing yourself. Goto the DMV and check to see if the title is still under your name. If it is order a new one. Get his address and send him a notorized letter stating he has X amount of time to pick up the car or you will resell it. If he doesn't pick it up resell it and do the right thing send him his money. - the storage fee.
 
arent there like a bizilion laywers on tv always saying "call now" why not contact them it should be pretty easy for them to direct you what to do. hell you probably can email them. If nothing else you can label it abandoned..... but idk
 
COntact Paypal and maybe they have a way to contact the buyer. I mentioned it to my father and he said maybe the buyer died.
 
Lol buyer didnt die. He Has no money to pick it up and its pissing me off cause its been 5 months and he obviously isnt trying to pick it up. Im hearing after 6 months Its mine again no matter what? Anyone know anything about this? I think Ill tell him Ill sell it for 3000 and he gets 2800 of it.

Im not sure if my we mailed the title to him or not, ill have to check tomm.
