Yep! You gotta buy the game the same day of the release to get a pack that includes the SC300 and 4 other cars! And depending where you pre-order you game from also determines the special car you get. I'm getting mine from Best Buy (M1 FTW!!) They show the different options on their site.

It's DLC only so maybe just 1 ? Yea it's for both preorders and and very limited for ppl that didnt preorder
 
im sure you can buy the SC as many times as you want as it will be in the dealer just like the pre order cars from FM3
