Holy shit awesome video! such aggressive ass driving and crazy angles, the dude was completely sideways most of the time.

Giacomo (sp? sorry!) a 20v isnt that much man, my friend picked up his for like 800 bucks. hes using his GTS tranny and having someone do the wiring and water line for 300. The 20v would be in the car and running right now but he decided to buy another project, an old LS400 lol. BTW he isnt rich or anything. It takes alot of saving but still im suprised more 86 owners dont have 20vs

Yeah its not too much, its theres just no way I'm bashing or cutting my firewall. I have pretty much everything I need, I just believe in doing it right the 1st time. For example if your going to swap an engine, you might as well put in some good engine and tranny mounts and replace some oem stuff with aftermarket since you have the engine out. Also events and prep takes money away. So its a battle of seat time vs upgrading.

PS Yeah you spelled my name right lol.

I am a purist as well, but if the 4AGE isn't cutting it anymore, I'll rock an F20C. The 4AGE still has a lot of life though. I am seeing more and more 4AGEs breaking 220 whp barrier. I believe it's possible to build a 250 whp 4AGE and keep it reliable enough for competition, just means you are going to need to keep maintaining that bitch after almost every run.

Initially, the f20/22 will cost more. But I think in the long run, the upkeep/buildup of a 250whp 4age would probably not benefit the home tuner.

NA ae86 ROCKS regardless ;)

Yeah, pretty much all 86 drivers are crazy lol. The car kinda forces you when you start getting better and driving it harder.

If anyone knows of a good deal on a F20c, I'm serious tell me lol. I love the 4AG but I like winning more and staying n/a ;) . The swap really isn't that hard if you know people who can fabricate. The engine cost and downtime is what sucks, but you can build the F20 to have 270-300whp all day long and very reliable.
