I'm doing a project for my physics class and im trying to find some smart shit on the internet about the physics of drifting. Just wondering if anyone knew about any sources that can help me with my project. I plan to do an animation or something so after I'm done I can show you guys.

thanks :bigthumbu

You have a force keeping the car moving forward (wheels spinning) and a guiding force keeping the moving force in check (front wheels), done. lol

there was a video on youtube...a zenki at gainesville that hooked his car up to all sorts of sensors and shit that threw input about how the car was reacting to traction loss and whatnot

look for it

Or just put a glass of water in your cup holder and watch it turn into a tornado as you drift.

haha I did this a couple years ago. I just talked about the physics of the car vs. the physics on the person.
