Contest #1 "Long Exposure"

took a picture the other night, might use it might not, I'll wait till the deadline to see if I take a better one.

Couple of questions though:
Will this be an anonymous contest or will you be stating who took the pictures? (don't want anyone to complain they didn't get votes because no one likes them etc.)
So when the pictures go up will it be in a new thread or in this one?
It's going to be a poll or will there be judges? Someone told me the other day they were going to be a judge but that might have been guayaba ;)

yeah its going to be anonymous, who ever is entering will send me there pictures in a PM and i will put them up in the first post

they will be numbered

and everyone is a judge,
you will score your 3 favorite like i posted before in the 1st post
1st place gets 3 points
2nd place gets 2 points
3rd place gets 1 point

and voting will last 3 days after all the pictures are up


PLEASE GET THE YOUR PHOTO IN BY 10/31/08!!!

the subject was good, its not hard to take a night shot, and it happens for about 12 hours a day so its not like theres no time to do it, it takes at the most 30 seconds to do it lol

I was just doing the normal routine when I took mine I didn't really go out of my way to take it. sending to you soon Zach

i know what you mean. i thought it would be fun but i couldnt find a place in naples that i liked.

i hope some one other than you took something.

I got one but am not happy with it at all. Im sure if we allow for people to post old photos more would submit.

guys, they don't have to be amazing award winning photos

just take a pic, have fun. honestly I know I could've take a better picture.....actually I had better pictures in my set but I chose the one I submitted for a reason (which will be shown afterwards), but i enjoy it, i enjoyed taking it, and I didn't have to go out of my way to take it.

These contests are all about having fun and a little friendly competition so submit a bull shit shot and if you lose you'll want to take a better shot for the next one and it will get better and better.

that's how I see it any way

Wise Words, this isn't really about who takes the best pics but for a way to give everyone an incentive to get better. I hope:)
 
keep them coming 2 pics in the first post, you guys have untill tomorrow night to send them to me
