Cloverfield

This movie is so damn crappy it makes me want to throw up..... its sad how gullible your minds are to crumble in front of the great advertisement machine. Go watch real good movies like: Citizen Cane, Seven Samurai, Raging Bull, Diabolique, A clock work orange, not a movie about some crabs attacking a city, for that just look into ron jeremy's pubic area.
 
Why is it crappy? Its a work of art. It puts you in the shoes of the people in the movie. I dont see anything wrong with what he's started. And jebus did everyone see how much the movie made this weekend? $41 million!

WTF? A work of Art? yes movies are ART, but Cmon dude. So you are comparing this movie to Braveheart, Life is beautiful, Apocalypse Now, One flew over the coo coo's nest, etc... just because it made money, and they used a best buy camera..lol... Shit then the fucking Blair Witch Project should get 500 fucking academy awards, just cause 20 million people decided to spent 10 bucks on a crappy movie doesnt make it good. By the way they should have added the crabs to the blair witch project all call it the prequel to cloverfield.

bro its just a fuckin movie that people like. so what if its made from a best buy camera? its a movie lol its for entertainment. but i dont think its a work of art....it was a good movie to watch
 
i enjoyed the movie, i didnt get dizzy, i wasnt focusing on the shaking of the camera and the running no way i was paying attention to what was going on, i like how they made the movie with clues in it, and how they did certain things to make the audience search (what is obviously not done around here) online for the meaning of the clues, if you can drift how did this movie get you to do feel dizzy? it wasnt that bad, blair witch was shit and the movies shouldnt compare, obviously cloverfield has more to it then it being just a movie, but just like hks1one said its for entertainment, of course there are other movies out there that are great so what ? just because its good to you doesnt mean it was a good movie for others, napoleon dynamite was a good movie it was stupid funny and alot of ppl loved it and alot of ppl couldnt sit to watch it all, alot of ppl who watched matrix felt it was too confusing and didnt know what was going on throughout the movie others thought it was a great movie and robert what is the obsession with the crabs??
 
the movie sucks, and thats my opinion...lol..... in reality i was very interested on cloverfield, for month i finish puzzles, watch videos all to see what it was all about, but when i found out to be a monster it really pissed me off, monsters are pretty ghey, maybe when we were small yeah we were affraid of monsters, i think a better movie would have been something like a WW3, but a fucking squid, who is followed around by tiny crabs... i prefer watching George Romero crappy low budget shit ..... IMO...lol.... IMO....lol...IMO...lol..... but for people to call is a work of art, and that it puts you on the drivers seat... crack sucks..lol

yep Jones, some of these people have never seen a good movie... "Seven Samurai" Akira Kurasawa.. a masterpiece... none of this snake on a plane ethernet fuzz, squid who has been at sleep for 1000000000000000 + who was also the father of Christ, who comes and gets video taped by some n00b on a home camera... yep .... Cloverfield = Americas scariest/ funniest Home video, too bad Bob Saget refused to take the lead roll.....
 
Million Dollar baby, Mystic River, The Motorcycle Diaries, Maria full of grace, rasing victor vargas, those are good movies...shit the teletubbies movie was probably better than this. just cause it makes 41 million doesnt make it good. its just shows that everyone just flows with the crowd. like penguins inwinter
 
it was a good movie....if you got dizzy then u suck lol...its just to entertain and if you take movies so serious then idk wtf is up lol i enjoyed watching them gettin raped by spiders and watchin the girl blow up and also watching them crash in the helicopter. it was entertaining. but the bullshit part was them surviving the helicopter crash...that was bull lol
 
so you payed 10 bucks to go see some fake bullshit, when you could off have used that money to enter a drift event .... Oh, wait Cloverfield is a work of art, it puts you in the driver seat..... oh yeah, one great movie cause it made 41 milll Yeaaahahahahahwwww
 
i disagree on it being a work of art. but i thought it was entertaining. how many movies made are fake bullshit??? MOST OF THEM BUDDY. only the ones that are based on true stories:laugh:

correction. i thought it was good...but also its bullshit. so technically i paid for a good entertaining bullshit movie :laugh: but everyone has their diferent opinions. im not trying to argue with anyone. its only a movie. no worries
