For a 5 speed swap you will need the following.

-5 Speed Transmission
-Clutch Master Cylinder
-Clutch Slave Cylinder
-Clutch Pedal Bracket/Assembly
-Clutch
-Disk
-Pressure Plate
-Throw Out Bearing
-Pilot Bearing
-Alignment Tool
-Clutch Lines
-Shifter (if not included with transmission)
-Starter Motor for manual transmission (if the auto one doesnt fit, or if it didnt come with transmission)
-Flywheel (if the auto flywheel wont mate with the manual transmission)

Recommended but not needed: a brake pedal for a manual car. The brake pedal on an auto is bigger than the one on a car with a 5 Speed and may become somewhat of a bother with your footwork...

I forgot to mention.

You may also need to get transmission mounts, and a transmission crossmember.

I dont know if on a 240 the mounts for an auto or manual transmission are different. but it will be something that will need to be addressed...

Don't forget the bolts you can't use auto tranny bolts but u can use the auto starter and as for the pedal just cut the brake it will still fit without it cut but its funky to drive

you have to know were to cut it the auto pedal is EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE FROM THE MIDDLE TO THE RIGHT but obviously bigger from the middle to the left just do like i do get the rubber grommet off of a manual 240 use it as a template snugging in on the right side and marking were to cut from the left side then put the grommet on and nobody will know the difference :bigthumbu

o and i got a 5 spd cross member and stock shifter for sale if your interested :bigthumbu

o yeah and like he said the auto starter will work
