Everytime you lower a car, you need to adjust you camber, caster and toe (alignment). Just find out where the closest shop that does custom aligning is to you. Before you go to get the alignment, ask people with your same or similar suspension set up for their opinion on alignment set up. Then take it to an alignment shop, and give them the specs you want on your car.
If you had a new suspension set up on an AE86 Corolla with a manual steering rack, I would recommend this :
Camber: -3.5 to -4 degrees up front. Rear camber cannot be adjusted on the rear since it's a solid axle.
Caster: +5 degrees.
Toe: 0 toe.
I don't know much about setting up a suspension for a 240, but you can ask the big names on this site about a good set up for your car.
