Do you want to buy them damaged?? There is nothing left of it....it sucks....I will miss those and my wing the most.....poor light and wing :(

That car is nowhere near totalled. Tim's car is at the frame shop right now. Talk to Tim and see about getting your car over there. Or call me tomorrow and I will get that guy Mark's number who I told you about. I don't know him very well though, so probably no hookup deals.

Measure from the rear cage bar (one that goes between the struts) to the trunk floor and see if there is any difference left vs. right. Cut a quarter panel off a junkyard car and redo the rear panel. It's really not worth trying to transfer the cage into another car unless it's a 'vert, cause you will end up cutting most of the cage apart anyway, or cutting the entire roof off the new car.

Sean...i think it would be cheaper for me to get a new cage if this is the case!...or i could cut my roof and raise the entire cage from the top and try to undo all the welds while the entire cage sits on the floor.

I am trying to stay away from paying $1500 for frame pulling when i can put that money for someother things...like pay ur half...hehe

Well I've been there done that.... friends wrecked cars and we said hey, no problem we'll "JUST" swap everything over....... and this was on cars that were well and truly destroyed.

Well after a while of working on it, you realize that there was a lot more done to the car than you remember.

I would look into having some shop do it and pimp them on your car as a sponsor. Like I said if there was a simple way to unsnap the cage and pop it in another car, then it would be worth it. If you get a deal you can prolly get the car straight for like 300-500 and then do the body yourself, that's if the car is even bent. I doubt it is. Get it on a frame machine first before you waste a lot of energy. Might just be body work dude.

Sean, just buy the shell and make it your new rally car. At least its already caged.

hahaha.....nice! but i need to save that cage somehow....I might just take up Sean's idea, but man.....i really hate making up my mind, new chassis, or fix mine.....Sean if ur saying 300-500 to pull the frame, where is this place at? and how much to look at it to see if the frame is tweaked?

Your frame doesn't look bent to me either. Take the measurements sean was talking about to check.

Inside the trunk is completely crumpled....the gas tank has shifted from the impact...the frame is tweaked...but its alot of pulling to get it straight..i don't know if its worth it!

that shits pretty bent, he hit the left side and the right quarter panel got crumbled just as bad... theres gonna be a lot of pulling if it goes to the frame shop, and it might cost more then $500. all the money u will spend bro on fixing ur car, u can get another cage and swap everything over... it will be fun nights at Aero-K. plus i like the idea of turning ur wrecked car into a rally car since it has a cage... put a KA, stock suspension, truck the bitch and go offroading in that motherfucker!!!! :bigthumbu

I know the framerails behind the rear axle are bent, obviously. But what matters is whether the rear subframe is still sitting the same distance from the front axle and is still parallel and level. If it is, then it's fine. Just shop around for cheap body guys. Enjuku has a guy that does their cars when they get busted and apparently he is pretty cheap. Call and ask Kevin at Enjuku, tell him I told you to ask.

Drive the car through a puddle on flat pavement and check out the tire tracks for a quick way to tell if the frame's twisted.

thanks meg... it look freakin awesome

there ya go jeremy... its not big ne more... yah happy now???? lol
