of course i do. but the fact is the 2j is by far a better motor. you get more power, stronger internals and less headaches down the road (stock parts and aftermarket)

you can use all the spec stuff with a stock clutch but the stock clutch life span wont be long. i would recommend you sending the stock clutch to get re-pucked to something better than stock. I remember back in the day broward clutch did it but that was awhile ago. if not someone else local...

dont do it! powersteering fluid does not get anywhere near as hot as ATF. you would actually start to heat it. if you wanna still get an auto rad you can use the ATF cooler for your engine oil. its not like an aftermarket one but it will drop temps a lil.

what way are you trying to wire the fans? series or parallel? from what you described you are trying to wire it parallel

dont forget the sensor that feeds your gauge cluster is different than from the ECU. if has never been replaced before it could have gone bad.
