I think it's more of a common sense/respect thing. You weren't the only one littering, I saw quite a few people doing it - but then again that is a pet peeve of mine when people do it. reckless is a different story - because I won't be a hypocrite and condemn you for something I have done...

We saw that happen, well we saw the HUGE WAVE OF WATER! Who was the poor guy running out side of the car (pushing it) to safety? I was surprised that thing still started up! LOL
