And that proves your point how? "Drifting" (as an intentional sport) started in the streets, circa God knows when. There was never a law that allowed you to do it in the streets (as far as I know). Since it was not legal, and it started getting popular (around 2004), now there are sanctioned...

Can you fabricate a separate bracket for a 2nd brake caliper? If so, by all means. Just make sure to use awesome brake pads to it actually locks.
