I loved going up there to race!! I hope they start it up again. What is the legal status on them opening up again, I remember them fighting the city or something because they where not zoned for the drag strip.
Some what agree. But I think this rule was done to also help some of the private guys who dont have the funds to build a high horse power car or afford to maintain one. Big sponsors do have there advantages.
I no nothing about the map ecu but the emanage has very limited tuning and is not even worth it. I'm Haltech till I die, but you can find a used aem in the $800 range maybe cheaper and have a way better tune and drivability than the emanage can provide.
US spec tt supra injectors (550) and SAFC is the easiest and still safe for that power goal. That price is for a Haltech or AEM. $300 for tuning, plus dyno time, Plus fuel???
Haltech all day!!! That is the best next to a Motec. But you can find used AEMs in the $800 range. As for tuning expect to spend around $800 as well that includes Tuner, dyno, and fuel. What is your power goal?
RUCA's should be replace with traction rods (short arm towards front of car), Increase or decrease RUCA by any amount over stock and traction rod should be changed same way to follow properly threw suspension travel. And if you can toe rods would be nice for fine tuning.
This is being discussed over at nissanroadracing.com for those that want to hear a little more about this set up. Here is the link http://nissanroadracing.com/showthread.php?t=1674
