Have you tired straight bypassing the switch? Could be an internal short in it causing the one time occurrence of starting then not. After that I would head towards the starter

I run a 175/60/16 tire up front now bc I wanted to be stupid. Lol but alignments right around 3* camber and just a little toe out, haven't had a front grip problem since I've used them except on soaked blacktop. Run around 30 psi
