Daigo Saito vs. Chelsea Denofa at Formula D Round 3

So exactly what happened to Denofa's car again? The official answer, because the announcer was lost with that microphone knuckles deep in his ass.

You can see digo standing on the brakes before chelesa slams into him. That's what jtp should have done as well mabey then the judges could see that he was excesivelly slowing down on entry but on the other hand the follow driver needs to adapt to whatever the driver in front dose

He did it to VGJR too didn't he? Thats bullshit.

Its obvious he gives up angle and line to stay in proximity, then does the opposite when he leads. He gets angle and goes even slower.

1200 HP and you get that slow of entries? Sounds like bullshit. I'm glad Denofa hit him. I understand its a competition, but still...

stop being bitches thats how he drives and he was on the brakes for less then a second before denofa was on his brakes. he has more power then anyone out there and he does awesome follow runs and doesnt hit anyone

Idk... I love Chelsea and his driving. But to me he made the mistake, he was going REAL fast... He had shallow angle at first and he transitioned super late. I think he's lucky Daigos car stopped him.. Looks like he would have went into the wall.

Look at :09 as reference, Daigo was already going the other way when Chelsea started his transition.

I heard from a little bird that Chelsea meant to hit Daigo and thats why he did a burn out after.

Agreed!!! :bigthumbu:bigthumbu:bigthumbu:bigthumbu

he did a burn out/donut because his steering was jacked and could only turn in a 360 lol. i doubt he hit him on purpose. that would be stupid on Chelsea's part.

UNSAFE???? didnt chris forsberg beat calvin wan years back with a completely ratchet strapped control arm and front end?

And then they started checking cars after repairs so that wouldn't happen again.

What does him having more power than anyone else contribute to your argument???

He hasn't hit anyone because other people don't brake-check him and also he miraculously has more grip than anyone even though he's using Tardo-XP900 tires. Sorry but something doesn't add up here.....

You underestimate the grip levels out there. Yea he came in hot, and yea, probably would have knocked out both rear clips with his quarter-panel, but the impact was only about a 10mph difference, and on the transition, clearly Chelsea would have transitioned earlier, but Saito was there, so his only opening was to slip up the inside and then transition.

Saito pulled this trick multiple times over the weekend, and Saito was the only one who got hit by 3 separate drivers in the same turn because of his brake-dragging bullshit.

Grunewald gave him a little more room to avoid the trap, and then Saito turned on the rocket boosters and pulled a gap.

I just think it was un-sporting and hopefully next time he sandbags a lead run, the follow car hits him hard enough to take him out of the event.

The judges could see it too, and I think if it had been a 5mph hit and they both maintained drift, Denofa might have won the battle.
