Someone needs to explain to Gittin how to enter the first sweeper at PBIR. Passenger states in the description of video he was only doing 80 when entering. Anyways still pretty cool video

das my giryfwiend!

Only 80? He probably dosnt wanna wreck the car. Its not his car and the car is BRAND NEW, 1000 miles lol.

Im driving this same car june 10th on the same track, I know Jared (owner of lethal performance) the first passenger and christy(second pass/gf/employee for LP) I'm gonna hold back as well, I dont wanna be responsible for a 40k car, do you?

If it was my race car it will be 100mph reverse entires and wall rides all day!

I will might fail tho and cant compete with JRs level, but ill sure as hell do my best!

come check it out!

drifting is an interesting motorsport in that the line you take determines the angle and speed of the drift. for example if his focus was racing, he could choose to take that same line at 5mph or 90mph, depending on the capabilities of the car of course. but in drifting he's severely limited, imagine trying to take that line at 5 mph. you can't. my hypothesis is that given only the line and that specific car's dynamic you could recreate that same exact drift via computer simulation. so in short if he wanted to enter at 100mph he'd have to choose a wider radius line to optimize his speed and/or scrub off a shit ton of speed going in.:driving:

:ugh:

he can just enter farther and faster. while still maintaining the same speed and line he did throughout the run

But as mongooze stated, hes not trying to be responsible for a 40k car if wrecked.

the funny thing is, other than like 10-15 of us on here, no one has entered over 80mph...anywhere....ever.
