Ter-Tech event at PBIR April 22nd

Well looks like I'll be sliding tomorrow! Picking up the trailer @2 then loading up the car. Tires are mounted and ready to go. I haven't been to pbir since the go-cart drift events. I am dying to drive tomorrow, I'm friggin excited. :bigthumbu

Well it's past 6 and only two drivers are here, so you should have plenty of time before it begins.

Well so far we haven't had any major incidents. We've had two people scrape the wall but they were able to walk away from it. The advanced guys are displaying incredible skill and speed. Very close tandem action from the rotary boys and Pat. Vas putting up a good fight against Bill's V8. And Harri telling stories of yesteryear from when he was a lad in Finland.
 
We made it out alive from the wrath of Harri! He didnt have to kill anyone thankfully. Now I shall commence the awards ceremony:

Winner of the longest understeer award:
The Black S13 240SX Coupe for understeeering through the entire sweeper. Setting an unprecedented record in both distance and time spent understeering.

Winner of the most clutch-kicks of the night:
91hatch. Someone get him a clutch sponsorship. BOXMOD, WORK YOUR MAGIC!!

Winner of the craziest tandems:
Rotary boys + Bearcat. With all the close calls, synchronized spin cycles, questionable tactics, school zone entries, and so much more, kept me in suspense and wondering what were they going to do next!

Bravest driver Award:
Matt with the white 350Z. Second run into the event on a track he's never been to before and he was already entering like he had a V8.

Honorable mention:
Vas, because I didn't mention his name before.
And to all the drivers for not causing a major wreck.

The event was awesome, im extremely glad I went. I gave Bill my GoPro to use so he stuck it on his roof. I am uploading just over 10 mins of unedited Bill hot lapping. Unfortunatly, Bill forgot to turn it on during the best part, THE TANDEMS@!@!@!!!@@@

I also took a bunch of videos from my samsung captivate, i have it set to record on 720p but we'll see how they came out. Better then nothing..ha I'll upload those after i sort them.
