I just got a ticket 294.00 dollars. Driving 61 in 35...
My fuck up..
The cop was nice and gave me the ticket without having to go to court.
This is the first time I get a speeding ticket, and I was reading the ticket and I did not
See if I have points due to this ticket.

Should I just pay the ticket and move on or do u guys have any ideas on what I can do to not pay the fee, like ticket clinic or something....

just pay it and move on. probably 2 pts on your license and up your insurance a little. you can take traffic school and get them removed though
 
Ticket clinic. And you can only be taken to court if you are 30 or more over the limit. Even then I have still lawyered my way out of points and the fine. But thats way over the limit slow down hommie. Its 35 for a reason.

if you dont get points, dont bother with traffic school. you end up spending more doing the traffic school than actually paying the ticket. thats what i learned in my experience.
 
I had a previous ticket, but it was for a stupid accident..
Thesis the first time for speeding.
Last time I paid the ticket and I did the online school for like 35 bucks

So I should do the ticket clinic or just pay?? I still don't know if I got points cause the ticket doesn't say anything about points
 
i dont see why you wouldn't get points. just cuz the ticket doesnt mention points doesnt mean you wont get any. iirc you can only do the school thing once a year. so if its been less than a year since the last one then your only choice is the ticket clinic. im no expert on traffic violations and the whole process but i have gotten 5 speeding tickets and have taken care of them accordingly. my two cents. seek professional advice if you are unsure.

And by accordingly u mean ticket clinic? Idk I'm just worried that if I do that clinic stuff it might have cause unforeseen future problems if something like this happens again.

yes, i took care of them by a ticket clinic. a ticket clinic is nothing but a legal firm that specializes in traffic tickets, in other words, lawyers. theres no rule limiting you to the amount of times you can use a ticket clinic.

Thanks for the help man, I'm going to go to their office and see what they tell me, if its cheaper to have them deal with it, and they don't need me to go to court, then ill do it.

take it to pretrial and wen yur name is called up you say "i claim common law jurisdiction"
watch the judge shit there pants. do your homewrk first google it and read up on it. know your rights fuck statues there not laws.

Wow yeah ill read up on it but saying that sounds like I'm declaring war on the law, Ima see what the ticket clinic says, lol the last crap I need now is to go to court..
 
Im gonna tell you what i did when i got my speeding thicket 2 months ago.53mph on 35mph road.now..believe it or not. lol
I took my ticket to court. i have a friend who owns a shop . he did an invoice of $45 to "replace the cluster",went to court and told the judge that i had a bad cluster , what he says ? DISMISSED! i was in the court room for 5 min only.no points, no school, no a single coin out of my pocket.

I thought about doing that, but the only riend I have with a " shop" is ave, and he gives his clients invoices for his clients jobs on sticky notes...i don't think a judge will dismiss that :/
 
Take it to court, go to pre-trial and when they call you up if your record isn't horrible they will give u the option to pay without point on your license. GL
 
dont pay shit bro, what kind of shit is this where people can charge debt upon you from thin air? no party was harmed, why give these assholes more money. read up online called THE REDEMPTION MANUAL and that sir will set your life free. it sure as hell did for me when i had problems with the government

Yeah my friend told me about that shit, I just don't want them to start pulling bullshit out of their ass to get me in trouble. Thought I know its bullshit but u know shit like that happens, they too can abuse their power and unfortunately we are for the majority at their mercy, shit I had a cop once almost write me ticket for amodified vehicle, which was a law passed in like 1942 or some shit like that...

I've fought cops on bogus wanna be charges( like some chick told me hids were illegal ) wtf

I will probably end up going to the ticket clinic, and have em deal with it...

I was going to say this. You can read all you want on the internet about saving your ass on tickets, but the way we are treated in court vs the way we should be treated in court are two very different things. And why would the state government or national government stand up for the citizens, when tickets give the government money? I'm sure these little ways of making a fool of traffic courts have worked for people, but don't count on it. Id bet like 30% of the time it would work, and the other 70% the judge would say "fuck you, don't play games" and charge you for what you're accused of and more. That's just my 2cents.

Exactly, that's what I'm afraid of, that they will find a loop hole and fuckedup me over worse...
If the clinic can help me then good if not I'ma end up paying the ticket, hopefully the first option will work

the invoice i used in court..it was a regular copy from the computer..that had the shop names ,lol. even the person who sees t he papers ..start laughing at me..and then he told the judge " he have a receipe and it says that they change the Cluster " lol
