i searched, and i've got a few good ideas but i just wanted to make sure...

1 does anyone have the actual sizes of the crush washers going for the banjo fittings on the turbo/block? i've got the part numbers, 15193-03E00 and 15193-P9000 for the two size (large and small), but courtesy parts has them at $2.and change for the larger and $1. and some for the smaller. that might not be a lot, but then you've gotta buy what, 4 of each? and then $9.xx for shipping from 2-5 business days? i just want specific sizes so i can hit up napa at $.50 a pop... or whatever they cost.

2 if i got the ss braided lines, how do you attach the coolant line, the one coming out from behind the head. i don't actually have any ss lines to look at for reference so i don't know if i just clamp it into the rubber hose back there like the stock metal ones, or if i've got to cut off the metal line, flare it out and maybe the kit supplies a fitting for that...

thanks in advance

idk the sizes, but if you get aftermarket lines, they come with the crush washers and the coolant line that goes behind the head slips over the steel tubing just like the factory line and tightens down with a hose clamp.

this.

Go the extra mile and spend $100 on after market lines. They are so much easier to handle with and not to mention the fact that you won't have to deal with your old lines bending causing restriction.

ya or take the banjo bolt with you to napa and check.

yeah, i don't know why i didn't think of that either.

is it connected all the way from the intake side, somewhere from behind the head, or after its visible on the exhaust side though? i know there's a rubber tube in the back of the head, and its steel tubing from there to the turbo. just trying to be sure i'll be capable of doing this without pulling the whole damn engine out. thanks again ya'll
