Help with stripped thread!!!!

So the thread in the head for the idler chain gear is gone. can i fill it with like some type of jb weld and use a heli-coil so i can reuse the same bolt? lmk so i can et to this & thanks for any help.

my chain busted on my first ka .and it bent the idler bolt threads all..
i had to change the head

What year is your ka. I got an s13 that might get a Sr in a month tops. 93 ka24de with 140,000 miles. Not to get your hopes up or down but pm me if you need it.

sorry but u should be able to see that if u can heli coil it there will be probs later or maybe u will be one of the lucky ones....
