So i installed this piece of shit, took it out to countyline, it was not locking that hard. I attributed that to shitty stock pads.

So i put new rotors, hawk pads, bled this thing like 50 plus times and it barely locks at all unless i pull it with both hands

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!

I have a CNC Brakes Hydraulic Hand Brake but it is the independent reservoir one not an inline. I havent had any problems with it and really like it. What bore size is yours? Could it be that the seal is blown? I know that brake cylinders are extremely easy to ruin if they are compressed with no fluid. So if the handbrake was pumped a few times before it was installed and had no fluid in it that very well could be the case.

Heres the build thread with mine...

I have one and yeah it was kinda shitty at first, but it got better over time.

yeah bleeding them sucks

I'm pretty sure he doesn't care how yours feels he is trying to fix his and needs info on how to get it to work right.

i installed it inline.

I dont think its blown because it does lock, it just takes a considerable amount of force.

If i put a little bit of pressure on the foot brakes, the ebrake handle gots hard and then locks the rears easily.

Could it be the way im bleeding it, how do you guys do yours?

im running z32 rears on hawk hps pads with new rotors.

i find when the ebrake is in its stationary position it has alot of play at the top.

well i figured a few things out and will be doing a custom wilwood setup, the cnc doesnt have the balls to lock up the rears with big tires at high speeds without working the front brake at low speeds <50mph it works great, but i want it for the high speed stuffl. Ill deal with it this weekend and then work it out after the sunday.

1 cable brake is better i have the cnc and its works fine but i want to switch back to cable
2 are you running ss lines or the stock rubber cuz they will expand and cause them not to lock
