gasket maker VS. Metal gaskets

I'm no expert but I believe your shouldn't use this ONLY. a little be on the metal gasket and you'll be golden.

Or you can say screw everyone's advice and combine them all to have ultra superior seals.
Put a bead of gasket maker(the red one). Put on the metal gasket. Finish it up with another bead of gasket maker(the grey one).
There is no way you can go right. Because if you use them all you know atleast your using the best one.
