Your opinion on marijuana is duly noted, but that's not the argument, nor the reason us "pot heads" where mad. Everyone is ragging on the guy, calling him a bad father and saying his daughter should be taken away from him because he made a mistake. They don't know him, or the situation that he and his daughter are in. That's like saying your car should be taken away, forever, because you got caught street racing or sliding ONCE, for the first time. Now do you understand? Then you have stupid people that don't want to talk about the subject, instead they just come and force there narrow minded views on everyone, and make jokes about the guys unfortunate circumstances. This is not a debate on weed, it's a debate on how to treat people when they are down. You don't kick them, you help them up.

We are trying to say that its illegal so he shouldnt do it because of the risk of getting caught and being taken away from his daughter OR his daughter taken away from him..

and hoping and wishing that someone lose their child is a fucked up thing to say to anyone in any situation jokingly or not, its something you dont say. people would get stabbed in the eye if they told that to me or any of my friends

well every one i finally did it i went to court house turned myslef in they took me to jail till i saw a judge i have to pay a fine and and take this 3 week drug class end of thread it was my 1st offense and cuz i was honest i was let off easy

Alex leave it be like I said before I smoke everyday and don't have a problem.....it's ur choice to do it or not....I have a 2 yr old son live on my own and iam 20 yrs old. Life wouldn't be fun without risk...like street sliding ur taking a huge risk doing it and that's one of the reasons u do it...but for the OP just serve ur time have ur daughter watch over by ur mom and then when u get out don't go striaght back to smoking 247 get a decent job save up some money get ur life striaght then if u have the time and spare money go back to smoking just go turn urself in they will give u a huge break

i dont have anything against people who smoke, i used to smoke all the time myself way back in the day, most of you guys are smart when you do it, the OP obviously wasnt, he already has a first offense so im saying its a good idea for him to lay off the stuff for awhile to get his life back on track, thats all.
