personally, I am glad he found his way back to the track and hope it works out for him, he can drive well. but I just dont agree with the mixed signal this particular deal sends.

my buddy was in a coma for 6 months and had to learn how to talk and walk agian from smacking a telephone pole and i cant imagine what that kid is going through i dont mind him drifting in events but i dont think he should have a license to drive on the road ever agian!!! any average person in the world would have been in the cell for 25 to life on the count of manslaughter

no one died. so, no one would be charged with manslaughter. anyone would have gone through the same punishment as him if they had a decent lawyer.
